The investigating inspector observed several persons working adjacent to an open edge of a roof on a construction site. The inspector observed that there was no edge protection and none of the persons working near the roof edge were wearing fall arrest harnesses. This incident was also the subject of prosecution action against the sub-contractor, Mr Adam Thomas Kleeman, trading as Thommo's Roofing. The defendant pleaded guilty. |
