On 3 October 1999 a WorkSafe Inspector inspected a construction site in Claremont and observed persons working on a roof, approximately six metres above the ground with no edge/fall protection, scaffold or harnesses in use at the site. The workers at the site were at risk of falls from height. The defendant pleaded not guilty. |
