A WorkSafe Inspector inspected the site and found that employees of the defendant were working adjacent to an open edge of the roof and were at risk of falling from the edge. There was no edge protection or fall injury prevention system in place. The height of the roof varied between 2.8m at its lowest point and 5.4m at its highest point. The defendant pleaded guilty. |
