Background Details |
The premises were inspected with the view of determining the inspection and certification status of their two steam boilers. Upon asking to see the current certificates of inspection for the two boilers, or records to indicate that the boilers had been inspected since the expiry of the previously issued certificates, Harvey Fresh could not provide certificates nor show records to indicate that the boilers had recently been inspected. WorkSafe's records showed that certification of boiler 39575 had expired on 13 September 1995 and certification of boiler 35236 had expired on 16 November 1995. |
